Paula has been discovering and working with Energy since her childhood days. After finally somewhat understanding and becoming at peace with her abilities during her teenage years, she was able to focus on study, conventional employment, family and children. Paula knew the right time in life will come to pursue her natural abilities. The calling took place in 2008 with the birth of her younger daughter and serious health diagnosis, her older daughter was not doing so well under the conventional medical eye either. It was the time to change the focus in life and the life itself.
Paula specialises in Energy Realignment and Regression Therapy. It is a non-invasive method of removing Blockages and Scars from your Energy Matrix, balancing the Subtle Bodies and Energy Centres called Chakras. This modality has fantastic results on your ability to overcome difficult situations, locate and resolve emotional and physical trauma, to self-heal, to reduce stress and anxiety and maintain emotional balance.
Paula is continually furthering her studies and deepening her knowledge by working with and reading books by some of the best teachers in the field. Understanding of the process of healing, happiness and wellbeing is an ever evolving science with still much to discover. Paula holds a current Working With Vulnerable People Card.
Paula’s' personal mission is to locate your happiness and bring it into your everyday life. This is accomplished via Hypnotherapy or by a form of Energy Healing including combination of Psychic Reading, Inner Child Therapy and Regression Counselling.
